Golf Operations Leaders Required

Adelaide’s north-eastern suburbs offer a premier golfing destination, seeking experienced Golf Operations Managers to lead their teams.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for senior management candidates to oversee all aspects of golf operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the golf operations team and ensuring a first-class experience for members and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute strategically to the success of our business, drive operational excellence, and maximise revenue opportunities.

Sector Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver initiatives to grow membership and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily golf operations, including bookings, competitions, and tournaments.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing golf operations team.
  • Manage retail operations in the Pro Shop, including budgets, purchasing, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to our strategic direction as a member of our leadership team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary education in Business/Management (desired).
  • A strong understanding of golf operations and customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proven financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a motivated team.
