Job Title

State Manager and Head of Clubs is a pivotal role in driving the growth of golf in South Australia. The successful candidate will lead the development of a strong, positive, and high-performing team culture.

The role requires a person with demonstrated leadership skills, preferably in a sport or entertainment organisation with a matrix-management environment. Experience in delivering strategic objectives and balancing stakeholder interests is also essential.

A growth mindset, business development acumen, and commercial outcomes delivery are key attributes for this position. A passion for golf, qualifications in business and/or sports management, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are also required.
