Enhance the safety and amenity of a local community by conducting parking patrols over weekends.

About the Role:
  • Engage with residents, address concerns, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with legislation through education, enforcement, and collaboration with internal departments and other agencies
  • Report damage to parking equipment, parking signs, and other road infrastructure issues
  • Supervise school crossings when required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a qualification in an enforcement/justice related discipline or relevant experience
  • Display sound knowledge of Victorian Road Safety Road Rules 2017
  • Show significant experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Show resilience and diplomacy in challenging interactions
  • Demonstrate ability to make sound judgments, assess safety risks, and interpret parking regulations
