Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Cafe Manager in all day-to-day operations
  • Lead by example and be hands-on with your team
  • Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality
  • Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business
  • Maintain and grow customer, team, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain cafe presentation, cleanliness, and Dome integrity for your team and guests

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar environment is essential
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Barista experience is an advantage
  • Experience across the operational needs of running a cafe from rostering to stock management is required
