About This Role

As a retail and wholesale leader, you will oversee teams to optimize sales, profitability, and location presence through exceptional customer service and in-store presentation. Your role is pivotal in shaping the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, embodying PVH's values and fostering a high-performance culture within your team.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to store teams, ensuring best practice operations, including training, labor management, succession planning, and KPI achievement.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and consumer-first environment across all teams, aligning with the company's values and customer service experience.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor store teams to build capability and bench strength for future growth while increasing retention.
  • Deliver and exceed sales, profit, and KPI targets across all stores under control.
  • Drive financial accountability across FSS and SIS locations, managing labor scheduling, payroll budgets, operational expenses, and P&L performance in line with estimates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-site management within the retail fashion/apparel industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of general retail award, workplace health and safety, and Fair Work employment legislation.
  • Multi-channel experience - Full-Price, Outlet, and high-volume experience essential.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a positive and productive store management team.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills and strong focus on succession planning.
