As a Technical Graduate

- As a Technical Graduate, you'll be based at our facilities and join the Product Performance & Innovation team, contributing to research, testing, and quality initiatives that support our operations nationwide. You'll:

- Assist with both routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials
- Support product development and innovation aligned with our carbon reduction roadmap
- Help troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with experienced engineers and scientists
- Work across both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes
- Gain exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance
- Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- This role offers a unique mix of science, engineering, and innovation - perfect for grads who enjoy solving complex problems and want to build a career grounded in technical excellence and purpose

Who We're Looking For

- We're looking for curious, driven grads who want to hit the ground running. You'll thrive here if you are:

- Completing (or have recently completed) a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
