About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our People Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a culture of continuous learning and skill development among our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement the company's learning and development strategy.
  • Design and deliver effective learning programs across onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and skills training.
  • Evaluate learning initiatives using metrics, reporting, and feedback to drive improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of continual learning and professional development through mentorship and coaching.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure we continue to improve our training processes.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for Learning Development and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or equivalent fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an L&D management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
  • Proven ability to determine skill gaps and training needs, and to develop targeted training solutions.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, presentation, organizational, task management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and outcomes-driven environment.
