- FRMS Implementation: Ensure the pragmatic implementation of our Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) tools and guides.
- Data Analysis: Collect, collate, and analyze subjective and objective fatigue risk data to inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare data and presentations for Fatigue Report Review Meetings and other audiences.
- Integration: Promote increased integration and awareness of FRMS and Safety Management System (SMS) across the organization.
- Record Keeping: Maintain fatigue risk management databases and records.
- Training: Develop promotional materials for training and communication purposes.
- Collaboration: Work with Network Operations and Payroll teams to ensure accurate capture of fatigue removals.
- Experience: Proven experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Clear, articulate communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Organizational: Highly organized and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated diligence and strong professional disciplines, including confidentiality.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Analysis: Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
