**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced frontend developer to lead our team in creating high-quality user interfaces using modern frameworks. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful product features.

Our ideal candidate has experience evolving and scaling frontend architecture through reusable component libraries and shared design systems. They also have expertise in championing accessibility, performance, and engineering best practices across multiple product surfaces.

The successful candidate will write robust, well-tested code and proactively identify areas for technical improvement or refactor. They will also guide design and code reviews, mentor peers, and raise the technical bar for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of performant, delightful user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
  • Driving collaboration with PMs, designers, and fellow engineers to scope, define, and deliver impactful product features
  • Evolving and scaling frontend architecture through reusable component libraries and shared design systems
  • Championing accessibility, performance, and engineering best practices across multiple product surfaces
  • Writing robust, well-tested code and proactively identifying areas for technical improvement or refactor
  • Guiding design and code reviews, mentoring peers, and raising the technical bar for your team
