Lead Frontend Developer

This role involves leading the development of scalable, high-performance React applications, architecting complex solutions that balance usability, maintainability, and performance, overseeing and contributing to the delivery of work by other developers across accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver technical solutions, acting as a mentor and go-to technical escalation point within the team, driving best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical leadership, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and simplifying complex challenges.
Requirements include 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specifically with React or similar technologies, deep expertise in NextJS, TypeScript, and front-end architecture, demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex frontend systems, experience with automated testing libraries and design systems, strong understanding of cloud-based services and modern deployment workflows, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, experience reviewing code, mentoring others, and championing best practice, passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing those around you.
