Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to spearhead our frontend and AEM development across digital platforms.

You will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and well-tested software using modern frontend frameworks while guiding the growth of junior engineers and promoting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success
  • Lead technical activities including planning, coding, testing, deployment scripting, and configuration
  • Translate product requirements into functional solutions that deliver value to customers
  • Advocate for coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture
  • Contribute to our technology roadmap and innovation initiatives
  • Deliver process improvements and support incident resolution to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a software engineer in agile environments
  • Experience with state management (Redux or Context API) and component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design)
  • Proficiency with frontend build tools (Webpack, Rollup), monorepo tools (Lerna, NX), and testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
  • Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
