As a skilled Spray Painter, you will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and match colours to achieve the perfect finish.
  • Build and maintain a colour library to ensure consistency.
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles in accordance with Job Sheet requirements.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to a high standard.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention.
  • Identify any extra paint work required and notify the production manager.
  • Report any damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Keep the workshop area clean and tidy.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices as needed.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively with the team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Own tools required for the role.
