Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
  • A genuine passion for delivering world-class care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a tight-knit team and delegate tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
