About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing efforts. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality marketing materials, coordinating events, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales support materials.
  • Coordinate with external designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Assist in drafting compelling copy for campaigns, eDMs, and promotional materials tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Plan and execute client and industry events, webinars, and sponsorship activities aligned with our brand and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing support, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing budgets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.
