We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Operate state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate.
  • Ensure quality control and meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Organise packing staff on end of belt packing.
  • Follow set recipes and methods to create chocolates.
  • Mix and blend ingredients to make fillings for depositing.
  • Follow a production schedule.
  • Perform consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg.
  • Clean down machinery and line changeover.
  • Complete paperwork and maintain traceability.
  • Order stock as needed.
Requirements:
  • A background in manufacturing is essential.
  • Tech-savviness and mechanical aptitude are required.
  • Pride in work and a clean workspace are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • A quick learning attitude and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work as part of a team is vital.
  • A strict attention to detail and quality standards with adherence to Food Safety policies and standards are mandatory.
  • A can-do attitude and punctual and reliable history are expected.
