Role Overview
The IT Support Specialist will be tasked with delivering Level 1 assistance for IT systems and end-user devices, ensuring optimal functionality for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering both remote and on-site support to enhance user productivity
- Monitoring and responding to user inquiries
- Diagnosing, configuring, installing, and repairing desktop hardware and software
- Managing user setups
