Finance Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis with potential for a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be working closely with Finance services and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate recording of village management and development settlements and financial transactions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Settlement processing, including calculations and correspondence with stakeholders
  2. BAS reviews
  3. Balance sheet reconciliations
  4. Liaising with internal legal teams, village managers, and regional finance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post-tertiary qualifications, including CA or CPA qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, financial reporting, financial planning & analytics, or a related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork experience
  • Desirable: experience in the property industry and using Oracle suite
Benefits

This is a temporary position with a chance of becoming permanent, offering a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive hourly rate of $40 (inclusive of super).
