About Our Cinema Team

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic leader to join our cinema team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and mentoring our team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
  • Previous experience with sales figures preferred
  • Senior First Aid Certification
  • RSA (Relevant to state/territory requirements)
  • RMLV (Relevant to state/territory requirements)
  • Approved Manager Licence (Relevant to state/territory requirements)
