Automotive Sales and Finance Business Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to take on a challenging role at Warwick Farm.
About the JobYour primary focus will be on driving sales growth and achieving set targets in F&I sales and transactions.
- Manage all financial services and transactions to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Drive performance of finance and insurance products through our Financial Services and other finance partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through effective customer prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance agents, and insurers.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- A comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.
- Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.
