Job Summary

We're currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at W Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Culinary in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the successful accomplishment of daily objectives.
  • Support the development of culinary standards and responsibilities, and maintain a high level of food production, purchasing, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Lead the culinary team in providing exceptional customer service and building a competitive advantage.
  • Create a high-performance culture and lead change and innovation in the kitchen.
  • Maintain the operating budget and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
