About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at WSP Global Inc. in Adelaide. As a key member of our Building Structures group, you will have the opportunity to work on top-tier, landmark projects locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of project and structural engineering work in accordance with relevant technical and regulatory standards.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and senior members of the business.
  • Act as Project Lead on small projects, providing quality structural engineering solutions.
  • Support senior engineers and project leaders with quality structural engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across disciplines on projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural Engineering).
  • Passionate about Structural Engineering with a desire for excellence in design.
  • Typically 2 to 3+ years' experience on large Australian building structures engineering projects.
  • Exposure across a range of building sectors, including transport, health, commercial, and defence.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, and RAM Concept.
  • Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit Structure (advantageous).
