Infrastructure Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the development and embedding of a cutting-edge planning and scheduling function for our massive portfolio of works. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and sequencing planned infrastructure activities – from minor capital works to major maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a master schedule for our huge portfolio of works with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to build a schedule with easy data extraction and reporting.
  • Depict short-medium-long term activity views to inform sequencing, resourcing, and priorities for our teams.
  • Identify critical paths, inter-dependencies, and efficiency opportunities to boost resourcing and procurement.
Requirements:
  • Heavy-hitting experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance planning in multi-site environments.
  • Mastery of program planning software for master and sub-project plans plus critical path analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High computer and MS Office literacy plus strong written/presentation/verbal skills for collaboration.
  • Proven senior leader and self-starter who collaborates confidently with internal/external stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop infrastructure master plans and schedules for works packages.
  • Review activities/priorities for critical paths and efficiencies.
  • Track progress, identify trends, and maintain our 'single point of truth' schedule.
  • Embed schedule governance frameworks and manage templates/documents.
  • Incorporate project financial/cost control into master schedules.
