We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Lift Fitter to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position that involves managing the installation of elevator products across various projects. The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical fitting and fabrication engineering.
The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to manage workload and competing priorities. A commitment to working safely and maintaining high-quality standards is essential.
About the Job- Install new elevators, escalators, and auto walks from commencement to commissioning.
- Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers for day-to-day installation and logistical activities.
- Report installation progress to the installation supervisor.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in mechanical fitting or a related field.
- Certificate III in mechanical fitting or fabrication engineering (desired).
- Trade tickets in dogging and advanced rigging (desired).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Motivated and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
