Key Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

The purpose of this Senior Business Analyst role is to contribute towards the maximisation of the value from Salesforce. You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, improve processes, and ensure that Salesforce solutions are effectively delivered and adopted.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements related to Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, analysing current sales and service processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce configuration and development.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects, preferably with a strong track record in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • A deep understanding of sales, CRM, and customer service processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and translation into Salesforce functionality, user stories, and workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence sales, service, and leadership teams.
  • Exposure to Salesforce testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
