Job Title: Experienced Scaffolders

The role of a scaffolder is a key part of the construction process. Scaffolders are responsible for erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems to ensure safe access to buildings and structures during various stages of construction.

Scaffolders work at heights, in confined spaces and in extreme weather conditions. They must be physically fit, have good balance and be able to lift heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and dismantle Ringlock scaffolding systems safely and efficiently
  • Support site teams across remedial and structural projects
  • Ensure compliance with site and safety standards
  • Work in hot and heavy industrial environments
  • Wear required PPE, including fire-resistant clothing as needed
  • Assist with general labouring tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Current SA or SI scaffolding licence
  • Demonstrated experience with Ringlock scaffolding systems
  • Previous industrial site experience (e.g. mining, ports, energy, infrastructure)
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Strong safety focus and ability to comply with industrial site protocols
