  • Cattle Operations: Overseeing mustering, husbandry, and stock movements, with a focus on optimizing livestock health and weight gain.
  • Grazing Management: Developing and implementing effective grazing strategies to enhance pasture quality and animal performance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A results-driven leader with a passion for livestock breeding and genetics.
  • Proven experience in station management or a comparable role within the cattle industry.
  • Commitment to safety as a top priority.
  • Exceptional livestock handling skills, including experience with high-value stud or Wagyu cattle.
  • Strong understanding of breeding programs, genetic selection, and performance data analysis.
