Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team at ISS Integrated Serv P/L. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with ISS Integrated Serv P/L's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Staff Safety and Well-being: Discuss, monitor, and assist in the safe delivery of onsite activities, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
- Safety Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular safety audits and investigations, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver safety training programs, coaching and mentoring staff on health, safety, and environmental processes.
- Environmental Management: Manage the environmental portfolio, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV OH&S or Higher: Possess a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or higher.
- Industry Experience: Have relevant industry experience as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor.
- Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of safety systems, databases, and relevant OH&S legislation, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
