About the Role
We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals to join our team of passionate maintenance workers. As a maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and infrastructure. This will involve performing preventative and breakdown maintenance, as well as leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure conformance with BHP's Charter, Code of Conduct, and relevant statutory obligations
- Oversee the maintenance of mining machinery, site infrastructure, and support equipment
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster positive and productive working relationships and team culture
- Complete field leadership activities as per KPIs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a mechanical trade qualification, a C-class driver's license, and experience working in a planned or breakdown maintenance environment. You will also need to be adaptable, team-orientated, and have strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience with hydraulic systems, large excavators, and drills would be advantageous.
