About the Role

As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will support the Senior Manager of Operational Risk in delivering key risk advisory activities, reporting, and assurance support across various business units. This role requires you to be comfortable influencing without authority and advising on best practice and new legislation, such as CPS 230 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content for operational risk reporting.
  • Support monitoring and reporting of key risk indicators and metrics.
  • Develop and train functions on risk management frameworks.
  • Advise on emerging risks and external changes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for effective risk reviews.
  • Promote a positive risk culture and support stakeholders on risk performance.
  • Become a leading advisor in operational risk and enterprise risk.

About the Ideal Candidate

You will have a clear passion for Risk and Compliance and be able to communicate with clarity what is required and why it is important for the business to be an early adopter in these new Risk Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational risk, enterprise risk, or GRC, and possess strong engagement skills and ability to collaborate with senior leaders.
