Job Description

The Head of Teaching and Learning is a key leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of academic strategies, teaching capacity building, curriculum, assessment, and continuous improvement through scholarly practice and academic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of academic projects aligned with the College's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and assessment practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with academic staff, stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A recognised PhD or Doctorate in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in higher education teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Scholarly activity and research experience representative of the academic level.
