Leadership Opportunity in Estates Planning

The organisation is seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive strategic planning in relation to revenue generation and sustainability, supporting the advancement of the University's goals.

The Director will lead commercial services including venues, functions, parking, and accommodation services, guiding the University's strategic direction for its entire estate, encompassing systems and data, engineering, and sustainability.

This senior leadership role requires exercising judgement and decision-making, providing advice to the Executive on estates planning across the full portfolio.

Estate analysis will inform strategies on utilisation, sustainability, and infrastructure performance.
