About Us

Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Educator to join our vibrant team at Nido Seaford. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.

  • This is a permanent full-time role with 4 days considered per week.
  • The service operates across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas, catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old.
  • A supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development are available.

Nido Seaford is a 91-place service located close to public transport, making it easy for employees to commute to work. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and deliver contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
