Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our team of early childhood educators.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have experience working with children aged 0-5 years.

They will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality learning environment, developing engaging programs, and fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of young children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and improve outcomes for children.
  • Communicate effectively with families and respond to their needs in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
