The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support those in need. They will be responsible for providing emotional support and technical care to patients undergoing TMS therapy, using our advanced technology and holistic approach.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include working one-on-one with patients during treatment sessions, operating and monitoring our high-tech TMS therapy machine, and using tools such as gratitude, journaling, and goal-setting to encourage patient growth. Additionally, they will track and document progress to share with medical staff, providing a steady and supportive presence throughout each patient's care journey.
We are looking for someone who has 2+ years of customer-facing experience, is naturally empathetic, calm, and uplifting, communicates clearly and professionally, and is reliable, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
