Job Title: Female Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritize the care of our clients.

The successful candidate will provide in-home support and community access for a 35-year-old female participant with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support and ensure the participant's safety and well-being.
  • Support the participant with her interests, including music, sports, art and singing.
  • Communicate effectively with the participant, their family and other professionals involved in their care.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check (if working with participants
