Job Title

Bell Care Services provides personalized care to clients, matching them with suitable care workers based on their needs and preferences.

Our team values integrity, empathy, and professionalism, adapting to changing care plans as needed.

We offer various services, including palliative care, personal care, domestic assistance, in-home respite, community access, and group activities.

Shifts are available 7 days a week from 6am, with occasional overnight respites. Essential criteria include comprehensive car insurance, P1 license minimum, valid police check, WWCC, reliable vehicle, and first aid certification.

A minimum of 1 year experience and Cert 3/4 or higher in community services, aged care, disability support, mental health, and related fields are required.

Our goal is to create an inclusive environment for staff and clients, promoting equal employment opportunities.

Part-time hours are 20 per week, offering opportunities for professional development and benefits such as overtime pay and penalty rates.
