We are seeking a Payroll Officer to support our payroll function in APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll, taxes, rewards, allowances, reimbursements, and deductions within this region. You will be working in a close-knit payroll team and have the opportunity to support other countries with their payroll processes.

Liaising with HR in APAC regions to understand requirements of payrolls and communicate with various vendors is an important aspect of this role. Currently, payroll is an outsourced managed service with ADP. Other systems used include Workday, SAP, and Kronos time and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the business with all Payroll related matters
  • Maintaining and updating procedures
  • Ensuring accurate and relevant data provided to internal and external bodies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with managing payroll for large enterprises
  • Interpreting EBA's with 60% of the current workforce on hourly rates
  • Technological savvy with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
  • Advantageous: previous experience with ADP Globalview and/or SAP
