A key role in our team is the Concession Manager, responsible for delivering financial targets and company KPIs. The focus is on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture by creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business to drive sales, profit, and productivity.
  • Clearly communicate business objectives to the team, with a strong emphasis on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
  • EEmbed our key cultural values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated To Quality.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational excellence, including stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
