Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled concession store manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the success of our retail business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture by creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain store operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual merchandising, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability through effective inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leadership experience in a retail or related industry, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
