Airside Operations Manager

This role is designed to work in a fast-paced airport environment, ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking screening activities, including baggage and passenger screening, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with established protocols.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to create a safe and secure travel experience for passengers and visitors. This requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the physical ability to perform all security and safety emergency procedures.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess relevant qualifications and training, such as a Transport Security Protection Course. Additionally, they must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments, obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), and undergo a full criminal history check.
Successful candidates will be required to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, which may involve variable shifts, weekends, and public holidays. However, this also offers opportunities for career progression and professional development within the organization.
