Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced high-volume Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role involves maintaining and managing the recruitment process for a dynamic and complex organization, across several different business entities, a mix of EAs and awards, and a large casual workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting job advertisements
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Identifying and recruiting candidates that fit specific needs
  • Conducting initial phone interviews
  • Arranging pre-employment medicals and police checks
  • Maintaining strong relationships with applicants
  • Providing regular updates of role progress
