Key Role Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee Barista duties, customer experience and operations. This role is responsible for staff management, maintaining a clean environment, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory and supplies.

This position plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while delivering high-quality beverages, food and service in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Recruit, train and schedule staff, including servers, hosts and baristas. Supervise daily shift operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Customer Experience: Prepare coffee according to customer preferences and cafe standards. Ensure guests receive a warm welcome, excellent service and a positive overall experience.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage front-of-house operations, inventory and supplies. Facilitate communication between front and back-of-house staff.
  • Administrative Duties: Schedule staff, provide assistance with budgeting and ensure health and safety compliance.
