Barista - Craft Your Coffee Passion

About the role:
Join our team as a passionate and dedicated Barista, reporting directly to our Cafe Manager. This job opportunity offers 15-30 hours per week, including some weekend shifts. Duties and responsibilities include:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.

Create visually appealing latte art.

Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Take orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service.

Handle cash transactions accurately.

Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Be knowledgeable about different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.

Experience and qualifications

Proven work experience as a Barista, proficient in making all types of coffee

Familiarity with POS cash register

Shown ability to work autonomously

Coffee art skills are advantageous though non-essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $40.67 per hour
