We are seeking vibrant individuals who want to contribute to their community, put their life skills into action or gain new valuable skills and experiences. Our Red Cross Shops offer a carefully curated selection of high quality new and pre-loved items including seasonal clothing, shoes, accessories, and homewares.
The role involves welcoming and engaging customers, processing transactions through point of sale, sorting and pricing donations, creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers, keeping the shop clean and tidy, and following all shop processes. We are looking for friendly and positive individuals with a sociable and engaging attitude, happy to work as part of a team, flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks.

In a typical day, you'll perform a variety of tasks such as:
- Welcoming and engaging customers
- Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments
- Sorting and pricing donations
- Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
- Following all shop processes

- You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – you must be 16)
- Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
