The Role

We're seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team on a 0.5 FTE basis. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic palliative care to patients and their families.

This is more than just a nursing role — it's an opportunity to support individuals at one of the most important moments in life.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based palliative care aligned with patients' values and preferences

Monitor and respond to patient changes with appropriate clinical action and documentation

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Communicate respectfully and compassionately with patients, carers, and colleagues


What We're Looking For

Essential:

Diploma of Nursing (Division 2)

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

Satisfactory National Police Check

Legal working rights in Australia

Ongoing commitment to professional development

Desirable:

Recent experience in healthcare (palliative care highly regarded)

Strong understanding of clinical governance, safety, and quality standards

Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Compassionate approach with strong emotional intelligence

Sound computer and clinical documentation skills
