Key Account Strategist

The Sales team focuses on delivering expertise to accelerate and de-risk technology transformations for clients.

You will work with Sales account teams, core services specialists, architecture specialists, the CX organization and internal cross-functional teams to create strategic business growth.

  • Handle service pricing and margins according to agreed upon terms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving business objectives around Advanced Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to Cisco Premium Services/Advanced Services and drive the execution of customer facing activities to conclusion in a quality, timely, and accurate manner.
