Job Description

The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the charge in designing and delivering innovative, end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation.

As a strategic leader, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions that meet client priorities.

You will develop technology roadmaps that align with client operating constraints and priorities, ensuring compliance with key non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end solution delivery from initial design to successful implementation and iteration.
  • Developing technology roadmaps that align with client priorities.
  • Identifying optimal technology stacks, ensuring compliance with key non-functional requirements.
  • Defining solution features and implementation phases, working collaboratively with Delivery Leads, Architects, Change Leads, Data Migration Leads, Quality Analysts, and Business SMEs to deliver tangible outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Certified Admin, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications to demonstrate an exceptional knowledge base in modern technology practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions across core offerings like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community and Education Cloud.
