**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care professional to join our team. This is a Permanent Part-Time position based in Newington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all our face-to-face and pick-up customers.
- Work closely with our Warehouse and Customer Care team to place and fill orders.
- Data entry and administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is well presented.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in retail/customer service with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accurate data entry is essential. As this role requires you to work autonomously, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be proactive and self-motivated are must-haves.
A background in disability support or health services would be an advantage. If you have lived experience, we encourage you to apply.
