Professional Medical Clinic Assistant

This Casual Receptionist role involves approximately 15-30 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be bright, caring, and possess a professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities- Providing valuable support to healthcare professionals
- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and efficiently assisting them in accessing necessary care and services
- Availability Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Covering sick and holiday leave
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical clinic or relevant medical experience
- Familiarity with medical software or similar platforms
- Ability to adhere to practice policies and procedures and adapt to changes
- Proficiency in item numbers and accurate processing of private billing
- Excellent administration and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
