We are a family-owned general practice seeking a casual medical receptionist to work within our team. If you are seeking to be a part of building a successful clinic, we want you If you have medical reception experience, we want to hear from you
- but not a requirement for the role.

Start Date - Immediate

**The role**:

- You will be the first contact for patients and will make them feel welcome to the clinic.
- Key responsibilities include managing bookings for all our doctors as well as allied health professionals (eg: psychologist appointments)
- Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally with courtesy and empathy.
- You will be responsible for general administration duties, billing, data entry, Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence.

**About you**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experienced computer skills with Microsoft Word and Outlook (best practice software knowledge is desirable).
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to work autonomously and be self-driven as well as be actively collaborating with general practitioner and nurses when required.

This is a casual position and flexibility is essential. The role will require availability on weekends and public holidays.
